• Applicant must have experience in the foundry industry and in supervision.
• Directing and motivating the activities of the department including personnel.
• Evaluate personnel performance and apply company policy.
• Be a self-starter, highly organized, and have excellent planning/problem solving ability.

• Previous supervisor and Foundry experience is required for this position.
