Manufacturing ​/ Production Operator

Job Summary

This is a 12‑hour rotating shift position.

• Operate any Auto Pack Machines (e.g., Slidell, Niro)
• Conduct product safety checks
• Operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT)
• Support continuous improvement processes
• Perform SAP/Data entry tasks
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping duties
• Complete any other assigned duties

• Able to lift a minimum of 10kg multiple times a shift
• Minimum of 3 years average experience in assigned operating area (Main Plant, West Plant, Auto Pack, Laboratory, Maintenance) or MOC‑P qualifications for that area

• No additional moves that further reduce the average (moves that increase the average should be considered but not forced)
• Provide additional troubleshooting support until the years‑of‑experience average meets or exceeds the goal
• Evaluate the risk of the lack of experience and develop a plan to address it
• Ensure emergency response training is current and EMT remains available
