  • Starting pay for Forklift Operator:$21.30 approximately after 6 months, increasing pay up to $22.62/hour as you gain skills and certifications
  • Schedule:

    4 On 4 Off - OVERNIGHT (7PM to 7AM) 12hr shifts.
  • Flexibility:
    Due to operational needs, employees are required to be available for up to 2 days of mandatory OT during their off-rotation.
  • Profit sharing after 1 year, medical insurance after 30 days, 1 week vacation after 6 months, and a safety boot voucher after 720 hours worked.
What you’ll do

As a Forklift Operator
, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. Your day-to-day:

  • Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and perform daily equipment checks
  • Handle inventory tasks, cycle counts, and quality checks
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas
  • Support staging, loading, and shipping of raw materials and finished products
  • Work with a mix of electric (straight forks, box clamps, stand-up lifts) and propane (large roll clamps) equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Your strengths as a Forklift Operator

You are a natural fit for this role if:

  • Forklift experience required; SAP and safety training preferred
  • Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and positive attitude
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and attendance
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts and required overtime
