Job Juncture in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area is seeking a Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence, applying lean tools across paper mill and converting operations and leading cost-reduction initiatives.
You will coach teams, guide DMAIC projects, and partner with leadership to align improvement efforts with business goals. Proficiency in Excel is required;
Power BI or SAP is a plus. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.
