As a Security Officer - Supply Chain Patrol Driver in Pryor, OK
, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. This is a Part-Time driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, offering an opportunity to support a caring, agile, and integrity-driven team. What You'll Do
  • Provide customer service to staff, drivers, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, initiating notifications and documenting actions taken.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout warehouse, yard, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound traffic at gates and dock areas, verify access authorization, and direct vehicles to designated areas per site procedures.
  • Control access to the facility by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site requirements.
  • Perform screening of packages, bags, and/or loads as directed by site policy, reporting irregularities to supervision.
  • Observe loading dock operations and trailer staging areas for unusual activity to deter theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
  • Use CCTV and other monitoring systems to watch key areas such as entrances, shipping and receiving zones, and high-value storage locations.
  • Write clear, complete incident reports and daily activity reports, including observations from patrols and access events.
  • Provide direction during alarms, medical events, and/or facility disruptions, including assisting with evacuations and coordinating with responding public services as needed.
  • Maintain a visible presence in operational areas to deter unwanted activity while supporting a professional environment for facility operations.
  • Communicate with site leadership and Allied Universal supervision regarding operational needs, incidents, and follow-up actions.
Minimum Requirements
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
