Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting requirements;
Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation;
Support the orderly flow of logistics operations by observing activity around shipments, equipment, and restricted areas and promptly communicating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders
