Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, employee entrances, parking areas, and perimeter;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel;
Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately, and assist with maintaining orderly operations throughout the location
