- Hourly wage of $29.08/hr up to $31.59/hr (based on education, experience and skills) + $1.00 overnight premium
- Top rate goes up to $34.04/hr
- Full-time position with guaranteed hours for job stability
- Schedule:

As a Maintenance Technician
, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment safely, efficiently and in compliance with all plant policies and procedures
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repair on equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturing specifications
- Replace bearings on straight bore and tapered shafts, replace and or rebuild pumps, mechanical seals and a variety of other mechanical jobs
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings,andschematics
- Maintain and troubleshootassigned areas and equipment
- Develop procedures for improved knowledge on machine operation, change over and troubleshooting
- Proficient in mechanicaltroubleshooting processes
- Perform on-the-spot troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 3-phase motors, control circuits
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or leadership team
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Precision maintenance mentality and use of precision tools
- Maintains strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs
- Capable of performing repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Must be willing to complete Maintenance Multicraft training( electrical and mechanical training )
- Prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring and testing instruments
- Installation and troubleshooting with various types of machinery
- Work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Welding and/or machinist experience is considered an asset
- SAP preferred
- Previous safety training preferred
- Follow all safety guidelines; utilize PPE at all times
- Follow all company policies and procedures Complete quality checks
- Work the scheduled / assigned times, and required overtime
