$60,000 - $94,000 annually, depending on experience

Field Service Tech to join their team!

This is an exciting direct hire opportunity for a hands‑on service professional who enjoys solving problems in the field and supporting customers with high‑quality HVAC and refrigeration systems. You’ll play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing specialized equipment while working closely with internal teams and external customers.

• Travel to customer sites to service HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot system issues by phone, email, and in person
• Startup and tune refrigeration systems
• Perform routine and complex field service tasks
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
• Support warranty reviews and service‑related adjustments
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Recommend improvements to products and service processes

• 1+ year of related HVAC or refrigeration experience
• Commercial HVAC experience
• Ability to travel frequently for field service work
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA certification preferred

• Associate’s degree or technical school training
• Experience with customer service and service resolution
• Knowledge of HVAC components and controls
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Experience in manufacturing environments
