Warehouse Operations Supervisor – 2nd Shift

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Maintain a clean environment
• Work 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Experience with computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred)
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred)
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
• Conditional-offer candidates may be required to take and pass a pre-employment drug test

Demonstrates strong leadership and supervisory skills in warehouse operations, with a focus on training, performance improvement, and adherence to quality standards. Proficient in logistics management and continuous improvement methodologies within a warehousing or 3PL environment.
