McDivitt Law Firm was founded on, and continues to be rooted in, the principle that each person deserves to have meaningful access to the civil justice system. Specializing in automobile, motorcycle, bicycle, Uber/Lyft, trucking accidents, slip and falls, animal bites, mass torts and workers’ compensation claims with offices in Denver, Colorado Springs and Pueblo.
We are actively seeking a seasoned and dedicated full-time Front Desk Receptionist.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesCore duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors to ensure exceptional client service.
- Data entry.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate person/department.
RequirementsThis position requires advanced customer service skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in Spanish a plus
- Typing speed of 55+ wpm.
- Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to exercise the appropriate amount of discretion in escalating and communicating issues.
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management.
- Responsible, goal oriented and organized.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and desire to provide world-class customer service.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Monday – Friday 7:45 am – 5:00 pm, Full time in office.
