OverviewGOAL High School is on Summer Break from June 18-July 6. We will reach out for interviews when we return from break.
Purpose of JobTo provide administrative support through a variety of communication and clerical related functions.

- Reception
- Switchboard
- Mail/Shipping & Receiving
- Conference Room Scheduling
- Vendor support for Building Repair and Maintenance
- Vehicle Reservations System
- Maintenance & Repair/ Update the Spreadsheet for Administrative offices/Link the docs/Cleaning.
- Cash Receipts Spreadsheet
- Scanning/Filing (digital and hard copy)
- Business Cards – Ordering & Shipping for the State
- Student & Staff 's – Printing & Shipping
- Welcome & assist all walk-in traffic, answer switchboard phone calls & return all voice messages.
- Foster a clean, caring, supportive & personalized environment.
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of staff, board members, student, and parent communications.
- Maintain a working knowledge of programs and services used to communicate with stakeholders.
All other duties as assigned.

- Must work all scheduled calendar days in Colorado.
- Must reside in Colorado.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma required.
- Associate degree in a business-related discipline preferred.
- One year of office and/or administrative duties required.
- Previous experience in an educational environment preferred.
- Two years of experience working online and/or with at risk youth preferred.
