Position Summary

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the President/Chief Executive Officer located at 41 Montebello Road, Suite 200, Pueblo, CO. The role provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, the executive team, and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and protected information.
  • Establish working relationships with internal staff and Board members.
  • Receive executives, business associates, employees, and the general public both in person and by phone in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Prepare and edit written correspondence.
  • Design and maintain filing systems.
  • File and retrieve documents, ensuring materials for meetings are organized and available.
  • Manage and monitor schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and large group gatherings.
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Answer and manage incoming telephone calls.
  • Design and coordinate major projects, overseeing them to completion.
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Manage and reconcile credit card expenditures.
  • Assist with new-hire orientation as needed.
  • Carry out project-management assignments.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand, sit, drive, and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Lift and carry items up to 20 pounds.
  • Work under stress in emergency situations.
  • Record data electronically and communicate with clients.
  • Operate a computer keyboard and mouse.

Competitive pay ranging from $60,180 to $65,166 per year, dependent on experience, certification, and shift.

Qualifications Must-Haves
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 2-4 years of administrative support experience at a mid- to high-level employer.
  • Continuing education in organizational management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Colorado driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation during work hours.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software (Adobe, project planning, data tracking).
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability for occasional travel as required.
