The Center at Park West is looking for a Scheduler/Central Supply Coordinator to join our team! The Coordinator is responsible for preparing schedules and maintaining appropriate staffing levels in the nursing departments on a 24-hour basis according to administrative requirements. These individuals are also responsible for central supply ordering for the Center. The selected individual for this position will receive a competitive salary and benefits.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares and maintains the schedule for the nursing department
Works with leadership and management to plan, recruit and hire nursing staff when needed
Calls in replacements in the event of an employee call-in or no-show Reports employees to Management who violate call-off/PTO policies; as well as reports inconsistencies, job vacancies and scheduling concerns are reported to management to address.
Verifies employee work hours with the payroll department on a routine basis to ensure payroll is disbursed accurately and reporting errors as necessary
Ensure all telephone orders are confirmed with a written purchase order.
Ensure all purchase orders are properly prepared, signed and submitted as required in procurement policies and procedures.
Assist in preparing correspondence and claims concerning damaged merchandise, errors in shipment, etc., and return to vendor as required.
Assist in developing methods for determining quantity of supplies and equipment required
Organize storage, issue and delivery of supplies and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Check invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, etc., with incoming merchandise.
Ensure inventory is updated as required, when receiving/issuing supplies and equipment.
Ensure storage instructions are followed.
