Overview:

We are seeking an
experienced, delivery-focused Program Manager
to drive the operational and delivery engine of a complex, cross-functional transformation program. This is a hands-on role for someone who goes beyond reporting and meeting coordination — someone who thrives in the details, drives execution across work streams, and ensures program data is accurate, actionable, and leadership-ready. The ideal candidate brings strong program governance, hands-on Jira and Smartsheet experience, exceptional follow-through, and the ability to identify and resolve risks before they become delivery issues.
Oracle Fusion experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day integrity of the
  Jira program board
  , including user stories, decisions, risks, actions, classification, dashboards, filters, and data quality across work streams.
• Maintain the
  RAID register and decision log
  , ensuring risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions are current and actively managed.
• Prepare
  weekly executive status reporting
  , consolidating inputs across work streams into an accurate, reconciled view for senior and C-suite leadership.
• Maintain the
  Smartsheet project plan
  , tracking dependencies, critical-path activities, milestones, and task-level progress.
• Drive deliverables through completion and sign-off, following up on commitments and removing execution blockers.
• Identify emerging
  risks, issues, and dependencies early
  , escalating appropriately and driving them toward resolution.
• Partner with engineering, product, business, and other cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and execution momentum.
• Continuously improve program processes, reporting, data quality, and delivery practices.

Requirements:

• 7+ years
  of experience in program/project management, PMO delivery, or program coordination supporting large-scale
  SaaS, enterprise technology, or transformation programs
  .
• Strong hands-on experience with
  Jira
  , including boards, filters, dashboards, workflows, and program-level data management.
• Experience managing
  RAID logs, decision registers, project plans, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting
  .
• Advanced
  Excel
  and strong
  Power Point skills; hands-on
  Smartsheet
  experience preferred.
• Oracle Fusion experience strongly preferred/desired
  , particularly within enterprise transformation or modernization programs.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to independently close action items and drive accountability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and surface issues early.
• Demonstrated
  growth mindset
  and interest in continuously improving program processes and delivery effectiveness.
• Comfortable using
  AI-enabled tools
  to accelerate delivery activities, with sound judgment to validate outputs before they are used or shared.
