- Support a client in delivering high-quality, cost-effective healthcare by driving contract utilization and implementing Vizient supply chain solutions
- Partner with the Vizient Spend Executive and Category Management team to align supply chain strategies with client priorities
- Leverage analytics, contract optimization, and Vizient resources to deliver measurable value through cost savings, contract penetration, and operational improvement
- Lead execution of the client workplan while independently managing complex programs and strategic initiatives
- Cultivate strategic, trust-based relationships with client leaders
- Leverage advanced data analysis and interpretation to develop strategic recommendations
- Employ analytical storytelling to communicate findings and influence decision-making
- Oversee contract performance management across multiple categories
- Lead strategic initiatives and facilitate executive-level discussions
- Provide strategic guidance and consultation across multiple functions
- Mentor team members by promoting standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for complex client challenges
- Relevant degree preferred
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required
- Experience in account management, category management, or healthcare supply chain preferred
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and communicate strategic insights to executive-level audiences
- Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and contract performance optimization
- Demonstrated leadership, facilitation, and executive-level influencing skills
- Experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce and analytics platforms preferred
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and mentoring team members
- Willingness to travel

Proven ability to cultivate relationships, influence decision-making, and mentor team members while managing complex programs.
