Serv Corp is seeking a qualified Bilingual Customer Service Representative II for a potential five-year warehouse, distribution, and logistics support opportunity supporting operations at the GPO Pueblo Distribution Center.

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative II will provide customer service and administrative support associated with warehouse and distribution operations. The position requires strong communication, documentation, organization, and customer-service skills.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with customers and personnel and maintain accurate documentation in support of daily operations.

• Provide customer service support for warehouse and distribution operations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, Government personnel, and contractor staff.
• Assist with customer inquiries and operational requests.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support warehouse-related administrative activities.
• Assist with tracking and communicating the status of customer requests and operational activities.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Perform duties in accordance with applicable Government and contractor procedures.
• Support the overall warehouse operation as assigned.
• Perform additional duties consistent with the position as required.

• Bilingual communication capability.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Ability to work onsite at the GPO Pueblo Distribution Center.
• Ability to successfully complete required Government background processing and facility-access requirements.
• Ability to follow Government and contractor policies and procedures.

• Previous Government or logistics customer-service experience.
• Warehouse, distribution, inventory, or supply-chain experience.
• Experience working in a Government contracting environment.
• Microsoft Office experience.
