Setting: Clinic and hospital/surgical setting
Responsibilities: General urologic care, diagnosis and surgical treatment, inpatient consults, participation in call rotation
Required Procedures: General urology procedures
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Established urology team and clinical support staff
Days Per Month: Full-Time
On-Call/Weekends: Hospital call rotation (approximately 1:4 to 1:6)
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Required
Active Colorado license or willingness to obtain Required
BLS and ACLS Required
DEA (must be obtained prior to start) Required
NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) Required
Visa candidates (J1 or H1B) eligible Required
