Position Type: Permanent Full-Time Physician Internal Medicine

An established primary care practice in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, team-based environment. This opportunity offers strong specialty support and access to a large regional physician network.

• 36 patient-facing hours per week

• Collaborative care-team model with strong MA support

• Ability to empanel patients quickly

• Work alongside nearly 1,900 physicians across the system

• Regional phone-only call with minimal weekend coverage

• Supportive, collegial environment

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine REQUIRED (must complete residency)
• Colorado License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
• DEA (must obtain prior to start) REQUIRED
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) REQUIRED

• Clean malpractice Highly Preferred
• Visa Candidates NOT ACCEPTED
• Not open to Locum or Locum-to-Perm candidates

• Must confirm candidate has not applied directly

• Base Salary: $287,000 $ 319,000 annually

• Quality/Productivity Bonus potential
