Family Medicine Physician Perm, Full-Time Pueblo, Colorado UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join our outstanding medical team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive, acute, and chronic illness management, to a diverse patient population. Manage a full patient load with approximately 36 face-to-face clinical hours per week, enabling quality patient interactions and sufficient time for professional development. Coordinate and utilize nearby laboratory and imaging services to facilitate timely and effective diagnostics. Employ efficient patient paneling strategies to ensure continuity of care and foster long-term patient relationships.

Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation with fellow Family Medicine providers to ensure 24/7 patient support. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians and advanced practice providers within a physician-led environment. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative patient care strategies aligned with UCHealth s mission of delivering world-class healthcare. Engage actively in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings to enhance healthcare delivery.

Qualifications:

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible (must complete residency). Truly Board Eligible physicians are encouraged to apply; certification must be obtained within a defined period. Active medical license in the state of Colorado or eligible for licensure. No visa sponsorship available; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Commitment to providing patient-centered, empathetic care in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $257,000 to $286,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $20,000. Performance Bonuses:
