Endocrinology Physician

We are looking for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Endocrinologist to join our established and patient-focused outpatient endocrinology practice in Pueblo, Colorado. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care in diabetes, thyroid, and osteoporosis management, all while enjoying the vibrant community, stunning Rocky Mountain scenery, and abundant outdoor lifestyle that Southern Colorado has to offer.

• Provide specialized care for the treatment and management of diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, and osteoporosis.
• See approximately 15 patients per day in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with an enthusiastic team to ensure excellent patient care.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system-wide for patient documentation.
• Work towards establishing a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) on-site.
• Practice does not include pediatric patients.
• Engage in continuous improvement and innovative practices in the rapidly evolving field of healthcare.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• Clean malpractice history preferred.
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days). Required at presentation.
• DEA must be obtained prior to start.

• Active Colorado state medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Board Certification or eligibility in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• DEA registration before starting the position.
