UCHealth Medical Group is seeking a qualified, full-time Internal Medicine physician to become a vital part of our Primary Care team in Pueblo, Colorado. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to an established panel of adult patients in a well-supported setting.
• Expect approximately 36 patient-facing hours per week, with flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team, including clinical Medical Assistants (MAs), to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Employ a care-team model to optimize patient management and efficiency.
• Assist in rapid patient empanelment, supported by clinical MAs managing in-basket tasks.
• Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care in a community known for its family-oriented environment.
• Maintain regional phone-only call responsibilities with minimal weekend coverage, reducing on-call burdens.
• Access specialist consultations and resources across the UCHealth network to support clinical decision-making.
• Work alongside a diverse team of nearly 1,900 physicians dedicated to excellence in healthcare delivery.

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (clinical residency must be completed for eligibility).
• Candidates completing residency are welcome to apply, provided they are truly Board Eligible.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• No locum or locum-to-perm candidates are considered.

• Salary: Competitive annual salary ranging from $287,000 to $319,000.
• Bonuses: Potential for quality and/or productivity-based bonuses.
