Sunbelt staffing is urgently hiring Paraprofessionals in the Manitou Springs, CO area. Join our team, work closely with teachers and students, and create a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in implementing instructional activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe environment
- Assist with preparing materials and resources
- Support students with special needs
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
Qualifications:
- Paraprofessional certification preferred
- Experience with students with varying disabilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Patience, empathy, and passion for working with students
