Substitute Teacher

Qualifications:

All substitute teachers must hold either a valid Colorado Substitute Authorization or a valid Colorado Teaching License issued by the Colorado Department of Education. For more information on how to obtain an authorization/license, please visit the Colorado Department of Education website.

Procedure for Application:
To be considered, please submit the following online:

• Certified Substitute Application
• Copy of valid Colorado Substitute Authorization or Colorado Teaching License
• Copy of official undergraduate college transcripts

Pay Range per full day:

• 1 Year Authorization $140
• 3 Year Authorization $160
• 5 Year Authorization $200
• Teacher License $200
• Retired Teacher w/license $200

Condition of Employment:
Applicants must be willing to participate in District No. 70 Payroll Direct Deposit Program.
