Salary Range:The hourly rate for this position is $24-$26/hour.

The Human Anatomy Learning Center (HALC) plays a key role in advancing this mission by offering a state-of-the-art training environment for students across all academic divisions at Pueblo Community College.

• Cadaver Preparation and Study Support:
• Facilitate and supervise active learning activities within the Human Anatomy Learning Center (HALC), ensuring they are executed efficiently and on schedule, while utilizing QR codes for activity evaluations.
• Collaborate with faculty to design and prepare lab activities and associated materials, fostering a cohesive learning experience.
• Prepare materials for lab activities in partnership with the coordinator, faculty, and student workers, including setting up, labeling, and breaking down anatomical models used in activities.
• Provide instruction using the Anatomy in Clay Learning System to enhance student understanding and engagement.
• Assist in the design and development of activities, quizzes, and practical exams that integrate HALC resources into the curriculum, as requested by faculty.
• Anatomage Table Instruction and Support:
• Lab Safety, Security, and Supply Management

• Works independently with little supervision or as part of a team.
• Communicates effectively with students, colleagues, and others.
• Interacts professionally and respectfully with students, colleagues, and others.
• Assesses individual and department work processes and recommends improvements.
• Complies with State Fiscal Rules, State Board policies, System and College protocols, and departmental procedures.
• Obtains and maintains proficiency with required systems and equipment.
• Maintains confidentiality of student and employee information as required.
• Completes all required compliance training within the established timeline.
• Serves on committees and other groups as assigned.

• Able to lift 15 pounds.

Education

Successful completion of college anatomy course

Experience

Previous teaching experience preferred

Schedule

Available for day, evening, and occasional weekend courses/activities as scheduled
