Eligibility:
- U.S. Person – lawful permanent resident, protected individual, citizen, etc.
- Facilitate and lead cross‑functional team in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, including identifying non‑conformances, providing solutions, and tracking issues to closure.
- Lead quality investigations related to production deviations, non‑conformances, and customer complaints.
- Review and approve manufacturing process changes, validations, and product documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Zero, PFMEA, MPR projects and process optimization.
- Serve as SME on quality tools, methods, and statistical analysis.
- University Degree with minimum 8 years relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years experience.
- Experience leading RCCA investigations and applying quality methodology and tools.
- Experience in process validation, statistical methods and analysis of large datasets.
- Six Sigma or Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
- Experience in 8D, 5 Whys Root Cause Analysis, SPC analysis.
- Ability to lead a cross‑functional team and provide forecasting to reach established goals.
- Ability to assimilate, analyze, and present data to leaders, customers, and peers.
- Experience interfacing with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD.
