Pay Range: $115,000–$140,000

- Support rolling mills and steelmaking production operations through advanced process automation solutions
- Design and implement control systems (hardware & software) to improve productivity, quality, uptime, and energy efficiency
- Analyze, modify, and optimize PLCs and HMIs
, with strong focus on Allen-Bradley systems and RSLogix - Monitor key performance indicators and integrate control systems with company information systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve process control system issues to minimize downtime
- Develop detailed specifications, systems architecture, and technical design documentation
- Lead and deliver automation-related projects from concept through implementation
- Provide maintenance support and participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automated Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Allen-Bradley and/or Honeywell systems (required)
- Strong experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, drives, HMI software/hardware, and RSLogix
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic schematics
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to be on-call to support operations
