Your day as a Service Advisor

As a Full Time Service Advisor at Spradley Auto, your typical day will revolve around providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will start by preparing for customer appointments, reviewing service schedules and vehicle histories. Upon customer arrival, you'll greet them warmly, listen attentively to their concerns, and document vehicle issues accurately.

Acting as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians, you'll communicate recommended services and repair needs in straightforward language, providing transparent cost estimates and securing customer approvals. Throughout the day, you'll monitor repair progress, keep customers updated on timelines, and ensure that all work is completed as promised. In addition to interacting with customers, you'll manage repair orders, process payments, coordinate parts availability, and resolve inquiries.

Your day will wrap up with follow-ups and closing out repair orders, all while preparing for the next day's appointments.

  • Understanding of parts availability, labor times, and service pricing structures

  • Awareness of CSI metrics, customer retention strategies, and dealership KPIs
