** Responsibilities:
*** Provide monthly forecasting and analysis for material variances, spends and inventory
* Perform studies and analysis, including the support for setting standards for material, labor and overhead
* Reviews transaction errors to insure proper impact on perpetual and G/L records
* Reviews variances to determine cause
* Drives continuous process improvements
* Supports new product development
* Prepares and analyzes cost reports
* Performs the monthly accounting close process, balance sheet reconciliations and journal entry postings.
* Support compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and related audits
* Support annual standard cost process as well as daily and quarterly costs movement reviews
* Leads annual physical inventory process and related reconciliation
* Ensure the production of timely, accurate and relevant financial reports to plant management in order to facilitate understanding and analysis of the business and business opportunities
* Other Adhoc requests / projects

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or Finance, CPA a plus
* 3+ Years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Knowledge of GAAP (Generally accepted accounting principles)
* Strong PC skills (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) required.
* Sound business knowledge applicable to a manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Dataiku is a plus
* Manufacturing experience a plus

* Demonstrated excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills to all levels of the organization

* Must be proficient in MS Excel. Oracle and Onestream experience a plus
* High degree of initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability required
