Job Title:

Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor – Colorado. CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT certification are required. Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to support a Quality Improvement Consulting Company with nationwide scope.

• Perform surveys and accrediting/certification activities for long-term care facilities.
• Demonstrate independent decision-making to direct and manage the survey process.
• Set priorities independently and collaboratively when performing survey tasks.
• Discuss conflicts or controversy openly and seek assistance when appropriate to resolve issues.

• Master s degree in Social Work
• CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT completion
• At least two years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
• Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

• Salary: $72,000 - $80,000 per year
• Full-time, Monday – Friday
