Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week assignment in Pueblo, Colorado. This opportunity supports a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting focused on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing function to enhance patient quality of life.

Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore and maximize functional communication and safe swallowing
Perform bedside and clinical swallowing evaluations and provide dysphagia management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient-centered care plans
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and safety recommendations
Accurately document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and payer guidelines
Requirements
Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred
BLS certification (AHA)
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
