Work Schedule:

Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred:
    Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be valid through sixty days of hire.

  • Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care, including imaging and radiologic procedures.

  • Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose:
    Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans:
    Create individualized plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
  • Educate and instruct patients:
    Provide education to patients and their families to empower them in recovery and promote long‑term well‑being.
