HR Generalist / Talent Management
Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking an HR Generalist to support regional leaders with coaching, counseling and training within the region. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of HR Generalist experience with knowledge of employment law.
Travel up to 25% and a hybrid schedule with remote options when not traveling. You will visit Spectrum communities to provide in-person HR support, ensure HR practices are compliant, and partner with Business Office Managers.
