Desktop Support Technician - Hybrid

Job Overview

Onsite support resource to provide IT support for the facility in Pueblo, CO.

• Deploy computers and peripherals.
• Install and troubleshoot desktop software, operating systems, and hardware (desktops, laptops, tablets – Surface Pro).
• Repair and replace components in warranty and non‑warranty hardware.
• Provide end‑user support (moves, hardware, peripheral).
• Troubleshoot simple network, voice, server, and meeting room issues.
• Coordinate work with client and third‑party vendors.
• Manage desktop hardware configuration database (update location and asset information).
• Be on‑call/standby for high‑priority deskside, network, and hosting incidents after hours.
