- Maintain an onsite presence and representation for IT services

- Ability to lift up to 20lbs., pull cables, tie up wires, crawl on floors
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field.
Demonstrates expertise in IT support with a focus on customer service, technical troubleshooting, and network management. Proficient in managing firewalls, wireless solutions, and creating technical documentation while collaborating with engineering teams.
