We are looking for a rare blend of Salesforce Administrator, Integration Specialist, and Client Success professional. This role sits at the intersection of technical operations and direct client engagement, supporting both our internal Salesforce environment and our client-facing integration products.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working inside Salesforce, communicating directly with clients, and navigating ambiguity and the complexities that arise with integrations and CRM solutions. Many of our clients run their integrations through Hub Spot, so hands-on Hub Spot experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms is also a plus, but a willingness to learn is even more important.
