The Pay and Benefits- Starting salary of $25–$30 per hour depending on experience

- First shift 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Location:
Repair/maintenance shop at our Pueblo, CO hauling site
- Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment
- Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts
- Perform work within our Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
- Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns
- Conduct safety checks on vehicles – safety of every employee and the public is top priority
- Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and accounting for repair times
- Assist senior mechanics in completing project work
- Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Over 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical examination

- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing; constant standing, walking, grasping; occasional sitting and balancing
- Exposure to cuts, burns, toxic chemicals, and other physical occupational risks often
- Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements often
- Work both inside the garage/shop and outdoors, including inclement weather, heat, and humidity
