• Able to work the line in multiple stations
• Think critically, problem‑solve issues on the line, and elevate matters as needed
• Train on safety, company policy, scheduling, overtime, standard work and NCMS
• Train on communication, MDI Board, LGS and leadership skills
• Work on the 9‑step process, NCMS, BBS, MDI Board, 5S, TPM, and run GEMBA/LGS
• Write or rewrite standard work, conduct standard work audits, and drive continuous improvement; promote a safety culture
• Cover for the WGM when not present
• Maintain the line schedule, overtime and personnel training/scheduling; pursue continuous‑improvement targets (10% YOY)
• Ensure TAKT expectations are met, jump in to bring line back to TAKT, follow escalation processes and document misses
• Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders
• Lead safety and quality initiatives in the zone, including safety audits and meeting quality metrics using BOS tools
• Collaborate with the WGM to achieve plant KPI goals

• Minimum two‑year related experience
• TLDP Graduate or Weld Certification
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
• Knowledge of data stream, NCMS, and BBS

$26.34 to $37.00 (minimum to maximum of pay ranges)
