Production Junior manufacturing

Job Overview

The Production Worker will support our manufacturing plant by working alongside experienced workers who will assist in training within our unique manufacturing system. This entry‑level position requires on‑site work under physical demands and environmental conditions.

• Operate machinery to assist in the production process
• Assemble materials and equipment as required
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production lines
• Transport raw materials from one place to another
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met
• Conduct inspections and quality control of products
• Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required
• Be flexible to work multiple shifts, overtime as needed, and have reliable transportation

• Able to walk and stand for 10 hours per day
• Work with others in all phases of manufacturing
• Safely and efficiently perform duties, including crawling, kneeling, climbing, bending, and reaching with hands and arms above shoulders
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs
• All employees required to have steel‑toe boots and supplied PPE
• Requires passing of physical examination and drug test
• Must be able to work in hot temperatures in summer and cold temperatures in winter
• Must be able to work in dusty, dirty, and noisy factory conditions
