Responsible for surface preparation and paint operations in support of fabricating wind turbine towers;
Set up blasting, metalizing and paint equipment by setting parameters and making adjustments;
Utilize wash, blast metalize and paint equipment and tooling to prep and paint the internal and external surface of a tower section;
Operate wash, blast, metalize and paint equipment and tooling to maintain coating quality;
Support various shifts and ensure painting work meets production schedules
