Team Leader - 2nd Shift

Responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities within the area assigned to achieve established objectives. Coordinate work assignments and facilitate safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and training accomplishment of assigned team. Scheduled shift is 3pm to 11:30pm Monday through Friday. Must be able to work overtime during the week and 2 Saturday's per month, if needed.

Think critically, problem solve issues on the line, and elevate the issue as needed. Train on safety, company policy, scheduling, OT, Std work and NCMS. Train on communication, MDI Board, LGS and leadership skills. Inventory management, delegation, and planning. Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders. Accuracy, self-starter, and organized.

Basic Requirements

Minimum 1-year experience Data Stream, NCMS, BBS, Crane Certified.

Think critically, problem solve issues on the line, and elevate the issue as needed. Work on 9 steps, NCMS, BBS, MDI Board, 5s, TPM, and running GEMBA/LGS. Write or re-write std work, conduct standard of work audits and continuous improvement, and drive safety culture. Train with WGM to be able to cover when not present. Work on the lines schedule, OT and personnel training/schedule.

Inventory management, delegation, and planning. Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders. Responsible for safety in zone and drive safety culture. Accuracy, self-starter, and organized.

Inventory management, delegation, and planning. Accuracy, self-starter, and organized. Work on 9 steps, NCMS, BBS, MDI Board, 5s, TPM, and running GEMBA/LGS. Write or re-write std work, conduct standard of work audits and continuous improvement. Able to cover when WGM is not present.

Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders. Conduct Safety Audits and drive safety culture. Work with WGM to achieve Plant KPI.

Minimum 2-year experience in addition to TLDP. Graduate Data Stream, NCMS, BBS, schedules, MDI board. Some knowledge of Excel and Word. PIV Certifications.

Base Pay Range 2026 (for Colorado Residents): $27.39 – $38.48 (minimum to maximum of pay ranges)
