- Mon-Fri, 7 AM-4:30 PM

Join a rapidly expanding manufacturing team supporting the green energy sector! We are seeking experienced Weld Technicians to perform MIG welding and related fabrication tasks on mild steel and stainless steel. This role offers strong long-term growth potential, a climate-controlled facility, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components
- Prep and fabricate materials including tack welding, sanding, grinding, and layout work
- Inspect welded components to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain welding equipment and restock consumables as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-production environment
- Proficiency in welding processes: SAW, MIG, TIG, Oxy-Acetylene
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with large-diameter rolling and overhead crane operation
- Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation
- Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing concepts
- Fabrication and mechanical assembly experience
- Previous work in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
This is a fully onsite position in Pueblo, CO.
