Job Summary:

An Operations Team Member is responsible for assisting in the compliant tracking and processing of raw marijuana biomass and marijuana concentrates.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

N/A

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assists in maintaining quality control over all products, and processes.
Use of software programs to accurately track all concentrates and necessary reporting of such.
Maintains client and vendor relationships to acquire material and distribution of finished product.
Responsible for upholding all Company Standard Operating Procedures and Companies methods.
Use of systematic procedures within the process and is open to experimenting with new and alternative practices.
Assists in coordinating the necessary equipment as well as maintenance of the equipment to properly perform all job duties.
Assists in maintaining a safe, clean work environment that meets Company, State and Local requirements.
Assists in maintaining inventory of all equipment and supplies, and orders additional materials as needed.
Schedule is based off the needs of the business and will include nights and weekends. Scheduling will be designed around events, production needs, staffing and facility needs for a typical 40-hour work week.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Thorough understanding of the policies and practices used in the manufacturing division.
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license.
Must possess or be able to obtain any state required certifications.
Experience or ability to learn METRC system

$17-20 DOE full benefits after 60 days

Position Requirements

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times.

Compensation 17-20 DOE
