In this role, you will operate innovative engineered systems and develop, coordinate, and implement sustainable manufacturing production processes.

Your cross-functional team will be focused on delivering quality, safety, and operational efficiency improvements.

* What you will do:

*** Provide timely resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems, including investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
* Create cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve manufacturing operations.
* Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.
* Uphold manufacturing standards including machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times.
* Generate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications given local needs.
* Serve as a voice of the customer for input for new design development.
* Partner with on-site EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) to ensure all equipment meets safety regulations compliant with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
* Lead hands-on factory project implementation, maintain support and upgrade as needed, all Panel, Frame, HiPot and End-of-line electrical testers.
** What you will bring:
*** Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
* PFMEA experience preferred.
* Ability to accurately assess manufacturing issues related to process and design.
* Effective communication at multiple levels coupled with ability to build relationships.
* Growth mindset – desire to expand technical skillset.
* Results-driven to maintain accountability and customer-focus.
* Degree preferred in Engineering or related technical disciplines.
* Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply;  we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
