$20.00 – $23.00/hour Pay is based on shift, position assignment, and relevant experience.

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Overtime opportunities available.

As an Industrial Painter or Blaster, you’ll play a key role in preparing and finishing large steel wind turbine towers that will be used across the country. Responsibilities may include:

• Sandblasting and surface preparation of steel components
• Removing rust, scale, paint, and other contaminants using abrasive blasting equipment
• Applying industrial coatings using spray guns and painting equipment
• Preparing surfaces through sanding, grinding, cleaning, and masking
• Inspecting finished surfaces to ensure quality and coating standards are met
• Performing touch-ups and rework as needed
• Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean and organized
• Following all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Working closely with production teams to meet manufacturing goals

• Experience in industrial painting, blasting, sandblasting, paint preparation, manufacturing, or production environments
• Experience operating spray guns, paint sprayers, blasting equipment, or similar industrial tools
• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

• Industrial coatings or paint booth operations
• Powder coating
• Heavy manufacturing or steel fabrication
• Large structure, tank, tower, or heavy equipment painting
• Surface preparation and abrasive blasting

This role is based in a large wind turbine manufacturing facility and may involve both indoor and outdoor work. You’ll work with industrial painting and blasting equipment in a production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
