RN Home Health - Pueblo, CO - Local or Traveler
13 weeks
FT available, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
30 units
No guarantee, FT available
HH and HCHB required
The coverage area will be primarily Pueblo proper and west
this position will require participation in on call to include weekend rotation.
Home Health, HCHB and Oasis experience required
Skills
Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
OASIS Experience - Required
Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
CHPN certification - Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
2+ years Home health experience - Required.
Education
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred
