RN (Registered Nurse) – Psychiatric Inpatient Care

48 HOUR SCHEDULE - $3,434 PER WEEK!

Pay Package: $3,434 per week
Shift: 12 hour day or night shift (48/48)

• Active Colorado RN license or compact license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum of 1 year recent acute psychiatric experience
• Strong CPI / de‑escalation skills
• Comfortable managing high‑acuity behavioral patients
• Ability to work 12‑hour day or night shifts
• Flexibility to start roles on rolling dates

• Experience in behavioral crisis stabilization and medication management
• Excellent therapeutic communication and de‑escalation skills

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• At least 2 years of relevant psychiatric nursing experience in inpatient settings

• Willingness to undergo background check as per state law
• Ability to work unsupervised in a security‑supported environment
• Strong interdisciplinary teamwork and clinical autonomy
