Human Touch Home Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (DON) to function as an exceptional manager responsible for the oversight and direction of care management, quality assurance, and compliance for our home care services.

- Lead, direct, and support a team of Nurses and Medical Professionals with varying credentials in a fast‑paced home health agency.
- Work as a team to uphold the company's mission, vision, and core values.
- Develop, maintain, and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Promote and champion employee and patient safety/well‑being.
- Monitor, audit staff practices and implement process improvements for quality assurance.
- Evaluate the company's nurse program and individual performance to ensure the best possible patient clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisor/manager experience in Home Health (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Medicare and Oasis (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a health‑related field (required).
- Prior experience with computers and medical software, eMAR.
- Understanding of and demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining Medicare/Medicaid standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Based on experience
Schedule: Mon‑Fri 8:30am – 5:00pm
Experience- Home Health Care Management: 3 years (required).
- RN: 2 years (required).
Work Location: In person
License/Certification: RN License (Required)
