Job Summary
Location:
UCHealth UCHth Parkview Medical Center, Pueblo, CO. Department: 5 Tower - Med/Surg Stroke. FTE:
Full Time (0.90), 72 hours per 2-week pay period. Shift: Nights. Pay: $35.29 to $54.71 per hour (dependent on experience). This is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
Night Shift Incentive Program: $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 annually) paid to full‑time night shift RNs and LPNs, effective 07/01/2026.
Minimum Requirements- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program (if less than 3 years of experience).
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- Additional credential: NIHSS within 6 months.
- BLS certification:
American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date; card must remain valid for 60 days of hire.
- Provide top‑scope practice in direct patient care using the nursing process.

- Model proficiency through precepting new staff to healthcare or UCHealth.

- Direct care includes specialty Acute Care (Med‑Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity.
