The Center at Park West in Pueblo, Colorado is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, part-time and PRN positions. Night shifts are 6pm–6am with a shift differential; day shifts 6am–6pm. Pay depends on experience, in a supportive SNF/post-acute environment.
You will provide direct, resident-centered care, administer medications, coordinate with physicians and the care team, admit/transfer/discharge residents, monitor health, educate families, and participate in orientation.
